Due to repeated chargebacks related to credit/debit card fraud, I've made the difficult decision to remove eBooks from the store. For every $3.99 that is fraudulently charged, I receive a fee of $15-$20. I try to catch these payments before they're processed, but not all of them get flagged as fraud. Since opening the store, I've paid over $500.00 in charge back fees.
This is unfortunate, because this shop is the only place where I can get 100% royalty on my work. The scammers out there aren't just stealing from the person whose name is on the card. They're stealing from independent business owners, too.
