I had promised that on September 1st, I would explain the meaning behind the cryptic clues I’ve been posting. I had a big plan, but then two things happened. The first was, my laptop died, which complicated my day greatly. The second was that while I was taking photographs for the big reveal… I found an error. I need to fix and re-upload a file.
But I don’t want to keep anyone waiting, so I’ll tell you what it is
A hardcover, duet version of FIRST TIME.
Both the Penny version and the Ian version of FIRST TIME are included in one hardcover edition, with new cover art on the jacket, and fun octopus detail on the case. Since it will only be available here in the Abigail Barnette store, each one will come signed and personalized!
Now, this might be disappointing news for people outside the US, because I don’t ship internationally…yet. Once this tariff nonsense and the mail disruption it’s causing are over, I’ll have more options. Please know that this is not a limited edition, and it will still be available to purchase once my country stops being so uncooperative and learns to play nice.
The error to the jacket is currently being fixed, and once I have the actual, finished product in my hands, I’ll have lovely photos to show you, and a pre-order link.
